Smoking is actually an addiction. Once you start, it’s hard to get out of it. The nicotine will have you crave for it every day, giving you less and less reason to quit. Once you decide to, you will have a withdrawal syndrome so bad that it can cause you to feel that you’re sick, while your body isn’t. Some smokers claim that when they quit, it felt as if they were dying. The withdrawal side effects only occur within days – where in it feels like a lifetime for smokers. Unfortunately, it’s all in the mind.
Just think: Smoke and succumb yourself to tons of sicknesses which may kill you or quit smoking and deal with it for days. Take your pick.
